Hello, My name is Nick and I am a personal trainer based in newton Abbot. Through working with my clients at Venture Fitness, I have helped many people lose weight, tone up and improve their strength and confidence through 1-2-1 coaching and tailored plans.

Nick is a Joy to work with, he’s patient, understanding and very knowledgable, but still firm which is what I need. He knows when to push me and when to be a litte easier on me. I have a chronic pain condition and Nick’s understanding and knowledge has been so helpful. I’ve made brilliant progress in the short time we have been working together and I couldn’t reccommend him high enough!
Being over 40 and having never been in a gym before I had no idea what I was doing. I booked a couple of sessions with Nick so I could get an idea of what I should be doing to get back into shape, I had been doing online workouts during Lockdown but I never knew whether I was doing them correctly and always seemed to be in so much pain the following days. My first two sessions with Nick were brilliant, we had a good chat about my current fitness level and what I wanted to achieve. I have been so impressed with Nick and the plan he put together for me that I now have two sessions every week. Thanks Nick!
Being 14, I was nervous about going to the gym but wanted to learn about fitness as I want to join the Royal Navy when I am older. Nick has shown me all the things I need to do to hit my goals and created a plan for me to follow when I go to the gym on my own which has been really helpful for me. I like our personal training sessions and he always makes them fun.
