If you need to make a complaint

We do not intentionally collect the persona data of any person / persons under 18 years old.
Who we share your personal information with
Where you have provided your personal data to us, we will not share it with any third parties for the purposes of marketing unless the data has been collected with partners in situations of Joint Venture contract purposes. If this is the case, we will always be transparent about this with you.
There are limited other times whereby we may share your personal data, this includes times where we are legally obliged to, to enforce any of our terms and conditions and should we need to protect the rights, property and safety of our staff or customers.

Transferring your personal information outside the EEA
The EEA is the European Economic Area, which consists of the EU Members States, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway. If we transfer your personal information outside the EEA we will have to tell you.
All data which is provided to us for Marketing purposes is stored within the EEA.
We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. They will only process your personal data on our instructions and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality which the company upholds.

Length of time we keep your personal information
We will keep your personal data for 5 years from the sale of the last product you enquired about.
After such time, we will securely delete your personal information. If we receive a bounceback from any of the emails that we send to you on a number of occasions, we will delete your personal information in relation to those emails.

You have certain rights which are set out in the law relating to your personal information. The most important rights are set out below.
Getting a copy of the information we hold
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information which we hold about you, by writing to us using the details in (in Section 1). This is known as a data subject access request.

Please contact the Data Protection Officer if you want to withdraw your consent for all other activities. If you withdraw your consent, we may not be able to provide you with our services.
Request a transfer of data
You may ask us to transfer your personal information to a third party. This right only applies to automated information which you initially provided consent for us to use or where we used the information to perform a contract with you.
